The suit claims that Dean’s late CEO, Elliot Rubinson, manipulated the surviving Abbot family members to “water down” the amount that would be granted to Dime’s estate. The suit alleges that after Dimebag’s death, the executors of his estate became his brother, Vinnie Paul, and his father, Jerry Abbott.
